Our Principal get's a Mohawk

Every year our school does a "Spirit Fund" Fundraiser. We ask all of the parent's up front for a one time cash donation. We then promise them that we will not ask them for any other funds and we promise to not do any other fundraisers (except a 5th grade outdoor school one). We have been the only school in the Salem Keizer School District to successfully do this. It's so nice not having to sell things and the school's only get 50% if their lucky. This way we get 100% of the donation. This year we raised just over $20,000.00 which helps our kids do a lot of activities during the year. Our new PTA President decided to ask our Principal to get mohawks if we met our goal. Here are the results.

Three Mohawks!!!

I don't exactly agree with the kid's reward being mohawks. Getting pleasure out of seeing others be degraded. Call me old fashion.
