Fall is simply wonderful

I love this time of year...when the leaves change color and start to fall. There is a crispness to the air but the days are still sunny. The kids pick fresh apples from the orchard out back and the crockpot is back to fulltime use.

Today I attempted my first homemade cookies with real pumpkin. Oh, they were so yummy and much healthier than the average chocolate chip cookie mind you!!!
