We didn't carve our pumpkins until the night before Halloween. Saturday was Ian's last soccer game in the morning and then we ran some errands and had lunch at Red Robin with Ian's bestest Patrick.
Ian wasn't to into carving his own pumpkin~his design was a little complicated so Dad helped him out.
Marlee being the creative one took her design to the next level.

Pumpkin guts=roasted pumpkin seeds
I boiled them first this time for 10 mins then roasted them in olive oil and sea salt. They were so tasty!
