A Bittersweet Day

Today many things have happened. My Dad's Mobile home that they foreclosed on sold. Most importantly though~his VISA came through. Doug was at work doing "Power Camp" so I called him and had him stop at Dad's to tell him the news and have him come up to the house. By the time he got there I was fully balling. I am still a little surprised at how upset I felt. I told my Mom and Doug that I felt like I was planning a funeral before my Dad's even dead. Part of me is sad for the relationship that was never fully developed because of multiple divorces between my parents. Part of me is sad because I may not see him again in this life. It's crazy how many emotions are coming to play with all of this.
